Conditions

By using this Web Site you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated herein and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the Disclaimers, please exit and do not use this site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, delete or otherwise alter portions of this page at any time. Any such change, modification, deletion or alteration shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Web Site. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Terms of Use

This site was designed to let future and past guests virtually visit our vacation rental property and make on-line reservations using our secure server. We invite and encourage you to use our hassle-free on-line reservation system as often as you would like to rent our property. However, once you make your reservation and we issue a confirmation, you are held to and are liable for that reservation within the terms of our cancellation policy. When you click the send button from the reservation form, please use great caution to submit information only once. We will not be responsible for any double, over or accidental bookings. No exceptions. You may make your reservations at your convenience 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

On-line Reservation

Your on-line reservation is the equivalent of a full rental agreement. When you make your reservation and it is confirmed by VIguesthouse, the payment, via a credit card, will be immediately processed and charged for the full amount of your stay.

Rental Security Deposit

We require a refundable rental security deposit of $180.00($US). Please be sure to read "Check-in / Check-out walk through" section for more details.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a reservation more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel at 29 days to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the rental will be withheld. Cancellations within 13 days or less will lead to forfeiture of the full rental amount. We will not refund, in full or in part, for inclement weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Check-in / Check-out Walk Through

An attendant will greet you upon your arrival and walk you through the premises to give you a brief overview of the property and its use. You will be asked to sign a form, indicating the condition of the property. On your day of departure the attendant will again walk through the premises with you to assess the condition of the property and ask you to sign off on a form indicating whether there has been any damage to items on the premises. All guests are required to complete and sign the form. If there is no damage, we will thank you and gladly look forward to your return. You hereby agree that if damage is found, a charge for the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your secuirty deposit. You agree to pay the cost of repair or replacement that exceeds your security deposit.

VIguesthouse.com (Web Site) is owned and operated by Howell Resource Group, Inc.(We/Us), and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, USA. The Web Site is maintained and managed by Copeland E-Commerce, based in Peoria, Arizona, USA.

You agree that any disputes that arise in relation to your use of this Web Site or VIguesthouse, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree that your exclusive remedy with regard to any dispute, controversy or claim which is related to, arises out of or is connected with these Terms and Conditions or use of VIguesthouse, and which has not been mutually resolved by the parties, shall be mutually binding arbitration in and under the laws of the state of New York. Such arbitration shall be initiated by the written demand of either party to the other and shall be settled in New York, New York by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be deemed to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and may not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties. Any personal data you transmit to this Web Site by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by us in accordance with our privacy policy which you will find below. That privacy policy defines what is considered to be personal data. Any non-personal data that you transmit to this Web Site, such as questions, comments and suggestions, will be treated as nonconfidential and nonproprietary. We will be free to use such communication or material, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed therein, for any purpose without any obligation to you.

Privacy Statement

VIguesthouse is not responsible for the content of third party sites hyperlinked from its pages, nor does it guarantee the products or services offered on third party sites. You should review the privacy statement of a website before you provide personal or confidential information.

VIguesthouse will not sell its client's personal information to any outside source. We will not use any personal information for marketing, sales promotions or any other use.
